Animated widgets are HTML/CSS/JS bundles ready to drop into a Browser Source URL. Static graphics ship as layered PNG and SVG. Emotes include 112×112, 56×56, and 28×28 PNG variants ready for Twitch upload. Each product page lists exactly what's in the bundle.

Every animated product is tested on StreamElements, Streamlabs, and OBS Browser Source before release. Compatibility is listed on each product page — if a platform isn't named, just message us and we'll confirm before you buy.

Yes. Animated widgets expose CSS custom properties at the top of the file (--accent, --bg, --text-color, etc.) so you can swap palettes in 30 seconds. Static graphics ship as layered files so you can edit anything in Figma, Photoshop, or Affinity Designer.

No. Most installs are paste-a-URL into OBS and you're live. Every download includes a one-page setup guide with screenshots; if you'd rather watch, the guide also links to a 90-second video walkthrough.

Yes — the license allows sharing the working files with one editor or mod who actively helps run your channel. What's not allowed is posting the files in a public Discord, Patreon, or pack so anyone can grab them.

Encouraged. Recolor, retime, swap fonts, mash two of our packs together — go for it. The only restriction is that you can't resell or redistribute the modified version as a standalone asset.

Lifetime free updates are included with every product. When we improve a file, the new version appears automatically in your download portal — no need to repurchase or re-enter your email.

Yes — two windows: 14 days for any technical issue (full refund) and 7 days for change-of-mind if you haven't downloaded the file yet. Most marketplaces don't offer the second one. Full details on the Refund Policy page.

Yes, when our queue allows. Pricing starts at $120 for a single custom widget and $400 for a full overlay set. Reach out through the Contact page with your idea, brand colors, and rough timeline and we'll send a quote within 48 hours.

Yes. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans renew every 12 months, on the same date, at the price shown when you subscribed. Your card is charged automatically until you cancel. We email you a receipt from Lemon Squeezy for every charge.

Open your account, go to the Subscription tab, and use Manage Billing — it opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal where cancelling is one button. No email required, no retention call. You can also cancel from any receipt email.

You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling on day 2 of a month still leaves you 28 days of access. After that the hosted links stop serving and the widgets leave your dashboard. Anything you bought outright as a one-off download is unaffected and stays yours forever.

Yes, from the Manage Billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and Lemon Squeezy prorates the difference; downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you do not lose access you have paid for.

Digital access is consumed as it is used, so renewals are generally not refundable — but if you were charged for a period you did not use at all, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. Full detail is on the Refund Policy page.

It depends on how many you want. One widget as a one-off download is yours forever and is the cheaper choice if you only need one. From roughly three widgets onward, a plan costs less — and it is the only way to get the hosted browser-source links, live editing from the dashboard, and the widgets we add next month.

Not on a plan you already hold. If we change pricing, existing subscribers keep their rate for as long as the subscription runs uninterrupted. Any change to your rate would be emailed to you at least 30 days beforehand, and you could cancel before it applied.
