Use it freely.

Plain-English license written for streamers, not lawyers. Last updated April 2026.

You can

  • Use the assets on your personal Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, or Discord channel — including monetized streams and sponsored content.
  • Modify the colors, sizes, fonts, and animation timing to match your brand.
  • Use the assets across multiple channels you personally own (e.g. main + alt account).
  • Share the working files with one editor or moderator who actively helps run your channel.
  • Use the assets in offline videos, intros, outros, social posts, and recap content.
  • Keep using the assets forever once purchased — no expiry, no recurring fee.

You can't

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the original files (free or paid) on any marketplace, Discord, Patreon, or pack.
  • Sharing the raw download link or files with the general public, even at no cost.
  • Claiming the assets as your own original design or removing the embedded credits in source files.
  • Using the assets to train AI models, generate datasets, or create derivative asset packs for resale.
  • Using the assets for an agency or studio that resells overlays as a service to other streamers.
  • Embedding the assets in a third-party software product, OBS plugin, or SaaS tool.

1. The license you get

Every purchase grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset for your own creator work. The license activates the moment your payment clears and never expires. You don't need to credit DigitalScenary publicly — but if you want to, we always appreciate it.

2. Personal commercial use is fine

Most of our customers are streamers and content creators who run monetized channels — that's exactly who this license is built for. Sponsorships, affiliate links, ad revenue, subscriptions, donations, and brand deals on a channel you personally run are all fully covered. You don't need an extended license for that.

3. Team & studio use

If you're an agency, esports org, multi-streamer studio, or anyone planning to use the same asset across more than three creator channels you don't personally run, please reach out at hello@digitalscenary.com. We offer a flat extended license that's much cheaper than buying per-channel.

4. Modification & customization

Tweak away. Recolor it, restyle it, swap fonts, retime the animation, mash two of our packs into one overlay — all encouraged. The only thing we ask is that you don't redistribute the modified version as a standalone asset pack.

5. Updates

We ship free lifetime updates to every product. When a file is improved, you'll get the new version automatically in your download portal — no need to repurchase.

6. Refunds & disputes

Digital files are non-returnable by nature, but we don't hide behind that. See our Refund Policy for the full details — short version: if something is broken or doesn't match the description, we make it right.

7. Liability

Assets are provided "as-is." We test everything against the listed platforms (StreamElements, Streamlabs, OBS Browser Source) before release, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every custom setup. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
