Clocktower Gothic Animated Twitch Chat Widget

Clocktower is a gothic, animated twitch chat box widget overlay with a ticking clock face, a swinging pendulum, and real Twitch badges beside every name. I drew every gear and shadow by hand, chasing the hush of an old bell tower at midnight. It's built for streamers who want their chat to feel like part of the scene, not a plain box bolted on top.

Clocktower is an animated Twitch chat widget for StreamElements, styled as a gothic clocktower with a ticking clock face and a swinging pendulum framing the whole chat log. Every message sits inside hand-drawn clockwork borders, and six real Twitch badge types — subscriber, VIP, moderator, founder, Prime and bits — glow beside each username. Five alert types are built in: sub, tip, cheer, raid and follow, each with its own accent colour so a new subscriber doesn't look like a bit cheer. The widget reads Twitch, 7TV and BTTV emotes, and includes an ignore list plus a hide-commands option so command spam never clutters the feed. Streamers get 37 settings to shape it: side, alignment, message count, hide-after timer, entrance animation, fonts, sizes and colours. It installs through the StreamElements widget importer and connects with just a Twitch channel name. It runs as a standard OBS browser source, with its own preview page for testing chat and alerts before going live.

The whole scene leans moody rather than cute — deep charcoal panels, brass gears, and a pale moon glowing softly in one corner. It suits horror storytellers and vtubers running a Halloween or dark-fantasy stream. Chat should match the mood of your scene, not fight it.

Every colour in Clocktower can be swapped to match your branding — clock face trim, alert accents, all of it. Drop it into StreamElements, point it at your channel, and it's ready in under a minute. Buy it once and the files are yours to use on your channel, no subscription required.
