Night Watcher is a Halloween spin wheel overlay for Twitch, Kick and YouTube, where watching eyes and keyholes circle a dark olive gold and black wheel. I built it to turn an ordinary !spin into a small ritual — something your chat watches for, not just clicks through. It sits quietly on your scene until a sub, gift, tip or cheer sets it spinning, pointer wobbling as the result banner lands.
Night Watcher is a Halloween-themed spin wheel widget that holds up to 30 custom slots, each with its own weight so you control how often an outcome lands. Rare slots glow and pulse in their own color, so a jumpscare or a free-sub slice stands out the moment the wheel settles. The wheel spins automatically on subs, gifted subs, tips and cheers, each with a minimum amount you set yourself. Viewers can also trigger it with a !spin chat command on Twitch, Kick or YouTube, scoped to everyone, subs, VIPs or mods. Spin time runs 2 to 10 seconds with a cooldown between spins, so the wheel never feels rigged or repetitive. You can choose 6 segment colors, one separate rare color, and any Google font, then leave Night Watcher always visible or hidden until something sets it turning. It installs as a StreamElements widget and shows in OBS as a browser source.
Night Watcher fits channels that lean into spooky season without turning the whole layout dark — the olive gold palette keeps it readable next to brighter scenes. It drops into OBS in under a minute, no plugins or timers to configure. Because every slot and its weight are yours to set, the same wheel can run a straightforward trick-or-treat game or a rarer jumpscare giveaway, depending on the night.
Swap the slot names, colors or font any time your event changes — Night Watcher keeps up as your channel's aesthetic shifts through the season. If you run October specials or a themed giveaway night, it gives chat a reason to spin something more often than usual.
