Obsidian Ember Animated Rank & XP Overlay for Twitch

The Obsidian Ember Rank XP Overlay is an animated Twitch and OBS widget that lets chatters earn XP, level up, and climb through 16 ranks live on stream. I built it in a dark obsidian palette with glowing amber and orange embers, so it feels like a natural extension of a moody, atmospheric setup instead of a bolt-on graphic. Every chat message, follow, sub, raid, and cheer feeds the same XP bar, turning casual lurkers into people who check their rank. The Obsidian Ember Rank XP Overlay is a StreamElements-based progression system that turns your Twitch chat into a leveling game. It ships with 16 ranks split across 6 tiers, from Netlink up through Singularity, each rank change triggering its own animated rank-up popup. Viewers earn XP from chatting, following, subscribing, raiding, and cheering — you set the exact amount per action — and every gain animates the XP bar in real time toward the next rank. A live leaderboard lets your most active viewers compete for the top spot, and five chat commands (!rank, !xp, !level, !leaderboard, !daily) let anyone check their progress or claim a daily XP bonus on a 20-hour cooldown. The card shows the viewer's Twitch avatar, current level, rank, tier, and XP total (for example, 610 / 752) inside a transparent frame built for OBS and Streamlabs browser sources, with a glowing segmented icon, rotating border, and drifting particles that match the ember color scheme throughout. Every visual element is customizable — accent and rare colors, border color, text highlight, background gradient, HUD position, particle density, border speed, and overlay size — so you can match Obsidian Ember to your existing scene instead of building a scene around it. Level-up and rank-up moments trigger their own popup animations, and the Channel Points XP Boost reward lets viewers temporarily double their XP gain. Setup takes a browser source: drop the transparent overlay into OBS or Streamlabs, connect it to StreamElements, and your chat's progression system is live. It's built for Twitch streamers who want their community to feel like it's leveling up alongside them — gaming channels, co-op nights, and any chat where showing up regularly should mean something.
